A census/registration form needs to be filled in for each member of your family. Even if you only attend Mass at the Parish occasionally, please still fill out a form as our survey also takes this into account. Take note that there are different forms for adults and children. The QR codes are included below, so feel free to complete the census/registration as soon as you can. If you cannot use the camera on your phone, you can click on the QR code in each image to get to the form. Hard (printed) copies of the forms are also available at the back of the Church.

 

Please take time to consider the volunteering section as we really need everyone in our parish to take on something so that our beautiful Parish can continue to grow and thrive. Thank you for your help with this.

If you are filling a printed copy of the form, this should be handed in, or posted, to our parish office.
